1.How long does an iPhone screen repair take?
It usually takes 20 minutes to replace an iPhone screen or cell phone but if we are fully booked, it takes longer than that.
2. How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
The warranty for the work performed is one year, but it covers only the manufacturer’s defects, not user’s fault. If the screen is cracked or internal screen, known as OLED or LCD, is damaged due to user’s fault, warranty is void.
3. Do we need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome, but it is better to set up an appointment if you want us to work on your device when you walk in.
4. Do you provide free diagnostics?
Yes. We provide free diagnostics before repair for our customers and if we can not fix your device, we never charge any fee. However, we charge $30 only if a customer does not want to get it fixed after diagnostics.
5. Do you have student and military discounts?
Yes. We have 5% OFF discounts on all repairs and purchases for students and military members as well as 20% OFF First Repair.
